Bids to host the 2012 European Annual General Meeting will be considered and the venue for 2012 decided at the 2011 EAGM. If your District would like to host the EAGM in 2012, please complete and return the attached Bid Form at your earliest convenience, and no later than: 24 October 2011. The host of the EAGM arranges and pays for the meeting room and also organizes local preferential rates for accommodation. More information on what is required can be found on the attached Bid Form.

EAGM 2011 Reminder: The deadline for submitting attendance forms for the upcoming 2011 EAGM in Tallinn, Estonia has passed. If you have not yet submitted your attendance form, please use the form attached to do so now.
