The agenda and supporting appendices for the European Annual General Meeting, to be held in Tallinn, Estonia 26 & 27 November 2011, are attached. The bids for the 2014 European Championships (Appendix H4) will need to be downloaded as the large files are 28Mb, 35Mb and 9Mb. Any written comments from Districts on any agenda item shall, if received by the European office at least one week before the meeting (19th November), be circulated to all Districts and shall be considered during the meeting.

Election
Please note that during this EAGM an election will be held for the European Chairman and Vice Chairman. The existing Chairman, elected in 2009, Calle Lindfors (FIN) will not re-stand as Chairman in 2012 as per his message in EC450. Nominees for European Chairman are: Laszlo Matyas (HUN) nominated by HUN, Macrino Macri (ITA) nominated by ITA and Jean-Luc Michon (FRA) nominated by FRA.
The existing Vice Chairman, Laszlo Matyas (HUN) is willing to re-stand as Vice Chairman in 2012. Nominee for Vice Chairman is Macrino Macri (ITA) nominated by ITA.
