The International Laser Class Association is saddened to learn of that Ian Bruce passed away on 21 March 2016.
Known as the Father of the Laser, Bruce was responsible for creating the Laser sailboat and founding the Laser Class Association. He will be missed by all those who knew him and all those he touched with his visionary approach to the sport of sailing.
